The burger: shredded beets, carrots, jasmine rice, toasted sunflower and sesame seeds, cheddar cheese & egg.

Topped with: mayo, cheddar cheese, organic mesclun greens, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette.

Served on: toasted bread of your choice (or a gluten-free roll as pictured)

This is Jen’s final week at the cafe before she leaves to train at Johnson & Wales in Providence.  We will miss her dearly but wish her success with her culinary future!
