soccer cleats drawing

Tired of buying new cleats for your kids every season?  Do you have perfectly good cleats that are too small?  There is a solution for you!

Cup and Top Cafe in Florence is hosting a soccer cleat exchange this Sunday, March 24th at 2pm.

How does it work?

Drop off a pair of soccer cleats that you or your children have outgrown anytime this week at the cafe.  Return to the cafe on Sunday March 24th at 2pm to try to find a pair in your (kids’) size.

Interested?  Read on for details.

  • Drop off location: Cup and Top Cafe is located at 1 N. Main Street (corner of North Main and North Maple) in Florence.
  • Drop off times: the cafe is open 6am-6pm weekdays, 8am-3pm weekends.  If you can’t get to the cafe before Sunday, please come before 1:45 on Sunday so we can accept your cleats and sort them by size.
  • Cleats must be in decent condition, i.e. in a condition that you would be happy to play in.
  • Cleats will be sorted and displayed by size.
  • Cleats are free to anyone who dropped off a pair (give a pair, get a pair).
  • Cleat choice will be on a first come, first served basis.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will find a pair of cleats in your size.  But you can be satisfied that you have donated your cleats to a good cause.
  • After the event on Sunday, extra cleats will be donated to an appropriate organization (suggestions welcome)
